Fantastic place! Staff are very friendly and really take the time to explain things to a
“Newbie with a big garden”!!

Met Roy both times and he could not have been more helpful, from start to collection.

Called in next day to collect 3 big items as arranged (ready/assembled) at the door. was also given a demo by Roy, on how to operate all of them & fuel/additives to use.

Never felt rushed in any of my questions or made to buy a product that was overkill for my needs.

Highly recommended and I will be back for more soon!

Very good selection of equipment,  very reasonably priced and helpful staff.

Bought a new Husqvarna 135 mk11 chainsaw and had two warranty issues. First was the chain tension from new and second was the clutch spring broke after about 6 weeks.
Had to argue to get them sorted under warranty - was asked to pay for the clutch spring even though I know of two other identical saws with the same problem.

Will not be going back due to the horrible attitude of the staff at the counter and will think hard about buying another husqvarna if this is how the warranty issues are dealt with
